All you have to do is get your lemon at least five and dice it into smaller pieces. Peel your ginger at least five. Put a glass of water on your pot and heat till it start boiling. Put your diced lemon and ginger into the boiling water.  Allow to boil for five minute. Drop to cool. Sieve the juice out and you good. Drink a glass morning before breakfast on an empty stomach and evening after dinner.

Note: don't add water because it is almost finish. Drink when it is finished, repeat procedure till you get your desire killer shape. Reduce your intake of soda and if possible do not consume soda out all.

Effective tips to loosing belly and body fat

       Here I will be telling you the do's and dont's on how to reduce stubborn belly and body fat.
What is belly and body fat?
      Belly fat is the excessive abdominal fat that puff your stomach while body fat puff your entire body.
     Someone  might be wondering if there is another magic to slimming down and flatting belly that he or she have not tried out..  Yes there is.  Here is the magic.
     For whatever you eat, there are some  food that you must avoid. Everyone want to look good,  not only the ladies. Here are some of the dont's
*Don't take sugar, soda, cakes, chocolate - sugar (table sugar, frutose,  sucrose)  is a major obstacle to reducing fat. 
*fried food does not easily digest in the body.  It take a very long time  to digest and the time you eat fried food before the next food time, it might not digest.
*aviod late night food. Once it's 5pm you eat your dinner. After 5pm try not to eat anything. If you very hungry you could eat groundnut, cucumber. At the beginning it's hard but with time you will get use to it and when it's pass 5pm you will not even feel hungry..  Your body will adjust  to it.
The do's,
*Take a glass of water every morning before breakfast.  The water help to regulate your body digestion before the intake of fresh food.
*manage your diet.  The quantity of food you eat should be moderate and a balance diet.
Nb: balance diet must not be what you cannot afford. It should be mix(carbohydrate,protein, fruits and so more).not only carbohydrate in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
* manage your time.  It takes three to four hours for food to digest.  Let's assume you eat your breakfast at 8pm. 8pm plus four hours, till 12noon before lunch.  12noon plus 4hrs, till 4pm or 5pm you take your dinner.  That's all  for the day. 
*regular crunches exercise also known as sit up.  sit up is done by sitting down with your legs stretch forward and your hands beside your legs. You bring your body towards your legs trying to use your forehead to touch your legs.
